Products supplied by Stark Tooling have a twelve (12) month guarantee against hidden defects only. Written notification of defective product must be received by Stark Tooling within 30 calendar days from receipt by customer. Any product having been altered from that originally provided will not be considered. Defective product must be confirmed by Stark Tooling prior to replacement free of charge. Decision on validity of any claim will be irrevocable.

Products supplied by Stark Tooling must be used in compliance with all the safety rules and regulations for prevention of accidents. The product may not be modified without prior written authorization by Stark Tooling.

Cancellation of special manufactured product is prohibited and subject to all charges of time and material costs incurred by Stark Tooling prior to written cancellation notification.

Prices for Stark Tooling products are subject to change without prior notice.

All products shipped FOB Fairview, North Carolina. Damages incurred in shipment are the responsibility of the consignee.

Returns of unused product subject to 25% restocking charge and must be in new condition. Return authorization required.

Minimum orders must be for $25.00 or more.
